South Fl. sailfish charters, good action!
Report Date: December 23, 2007
If you have never seen a sailfish with a lit up tail, neon blue peck fins, and a white dot on his head, then book now!
The nice swell that has rolled in on us has brought some great sail fishing with it. Eight miles due East of our inlet the bait is thick and the sails and dolphin are hungry. A beautiful edge in 150 feet of water today was the place to be. If you don’t believe me just ask Amy Drexel and her family (Father Bill, Husband Steve, and kids John, Bill, and Hope) In less then a half of a day they caught 12 dolphin and 5 sails. Again the dredges were working. Some great visual bites that were on average 15 feet behind the boat some so close Kyle could poke them with a rod easier then get a bait in front of them. ( Sometimes they get to close!)
Anyways, Happy Holidays and I hope your taking advantage of this fishing.
