I cant imagine how hot it must be on land.

Whew, talk about HOT! This weather is hot. The fishing is not to bad either. This is the time of year when you get to see a little of everything. Trolling, jigging, live baiting ( for kings w/ wire, and straight mono for dolphin, sails and cobia.), bottom fishing for grouper and snapper (with the electric or by hand, better eat your Wheaties ).

What a variety. Today, just like the last seven or eight, was spent bottom fishing in the a.m. We ended up catching two Grouper. One was a nice Warsaw, about 25 lbs. The other one was about an eight lb. Snowy. While we were in on the Gag #’s we had a few bites but today the fish won. The king bite was good in the a.m. but a little slower in the p.m. We did some jigging but it was a little slow, probably still recovering from yesterday.We caught three A.J.’s up to 30 lbs.and lost a few others. Not a bad day when it was all said and done, but we had to work harder for it then usual.
